INTRODUCTION
Registered nurses practices is the evidence and person-centred with having formative,
supportive, restorative, palliative, curative elements. RN work with having the professional
relationship individual as well as with groups, communities. While these people can be more
health and having the high range of abilities. This report explain about the rn standards for
practices. Along with reflects more about the understanding impact from which social and
spirituals people, who have moiré contributed towards the work and make sure for having the
well being. RN determines more about the coordinates and safe zone for the patient in which
they can keep their health for having the better outcomes. The practices established more about
the evaluation and various other sources which are might be required for having the better
estimation in goals and objective for nurses.

Substandard 1.7: Contributes to quality improvement and relevant research
This is one of the importance according to which registered nurses are required to
contribute to quality improvement and relevant research. Hospital acute care is one of the very
important places for research about critical issues and this research contribute in further
enhancement of health care practices (Registered nurse standards for practice, 2021). This is why
nurses have to play important role in effectively carrying out research and for developing
measures of quality improvement. Registered nurse is work closely with patients in hospital
acute care and this is why have detailed knowledge about different practices of health care
services. This sub standard of professional practices of registered nurse is based on thinking
critically and analysing nursing practice. Contribution to quality improvement and reliable
research is significantly based on critical thinking and analysis of nursing practice which help in
identifying areas for improvement and also enables to make effective decision in relation with
nursing practices. For example when I was placed at hospital acute care I witnessed multiple
researches being conducted at hospital acute care in relation with different health care practices.
In this research I also contributed in one of the research that was based on nursing practices for
acute care. I realised that I was expected to think critically about my experience and share
