The project is implied for forming the development of an application for the retail organization. The
application would be customized for easing the sales operations of the organization. It would be helpful for
easing the flow of operations and information. The implication of the project development would be helpful
for considering the analysis of the improved processes. The project would be used for integrating the
development of the operations and carrying out the analysis of the data management. The application
development project would require the use of technology and innovation for the integration of the existing
system and deployment of the improved processes. The application development is carried out by the use of
the improved processing and development. It is important for carrying out the involvement of the
development operations. The application would help the customers for involving the plan development and
system integration for the organizations.
The scope of the project is for the development of the effective application system for integrating the
development of the system application and alignment of the effective and improved functional analysis of
the project. The use of application system would be helpful for easing the sales operation and implying the

The deliverables are scheduled in terms of the waterfall methodology selected and applied for the project of
application development. The implication of the improved system development would be eased for implying the

Period of Performance:
The project had been scheduled for working from Mon 2/19/18 to Tue 7/17/18. Each phase has been assigned
with different working duration ranging from 3 hours a day minimum to 8 hours a day maximum.

Payment Schedule
The development of the project plan is formed for the implication of the application development project and it
would tend to involve the development of the payment scheduling plan. The project had been contracted for
working on term of fixed price contract. The payments are done at the completion of each phase that means
achieving the milestone of each phase.
The resources of the project include IT engineer, app developer, project manager, project planner, project
budgeter, documenter, database admin, system analyst, and contractor as human resources. Moreover the
project would comprise of network components, computers, equipments, devices, storage media, and tools for
testing, infrastructure, and operating system, application for running network, testing software, program
application, and running application as the material requirements.
The overall cost of the project would comprise of developing the application, salary of the project team, and
cost of the material resources used.
Sub-Contractors
The supply of the materials has been outsourced and it would include the employment of a contractor who
would supply the materials for the project. The delivery of the materials to the workshop of the organization
would be supplied by the sub contractor.

and database implication considering the fact that it would not misuse the data provided by the customers.

The security implication for the app developed so that the database would not be accessed for misuse from
