INTRODUCTIONBusiness law is one of the significant aspect in the present time by which every businessorganisation can keep protect and secure its business activities and functions. It is a systematiclegislation and law which develop in order to provide the proper protection and security to thecustomer, employees, and organisation. In the today's time, there are numbers of criminal casesincrease due to which various illegal act has been enhanced in the country. In order to overcomethis kind of acts and unethical things, government have developed some kind of legislation andrules (Smith and Malloy, 2013). In every country there are different rules and regulationdeveloped by the government. The major objective of this legislation and law to provide securityand protection to the citizen and organisations. The present report is based on the business lawand its significance in the organisation. The law helps to the citizen in taking the proper decisionand judgement about the cases. The role of government in the development of law and impact ofemployment law on the business has been systematically discussed in this report.MAIN BODYP1 Explanation about the different source of law and laws that organisation must comply In every country, there are different kinds of the law and legislation which assist to the citizenand organisation to keep secure and safe themselves. It is very important to the organisation tofollow all imposed regulation which developed by the government. In addition to this, businesslaw is a set of principles which developed by the government in order to deliver protection andsecurity in the country (Scholes, 2015.). There are major four kinds of the source if businesslaw. They are legislation, case law, human rights, EU law etc. These all law is very significant toprotect the business, contract as well as citizens in the country. The effectiveness andsignificance of the business law are as follows-Legislation- Legislation is another one of the major source of the law which made by theparliament and are considered to be the most important ones. In addition to this, it is thebody in the UK which have been given right to prepare law through the acts which canfurther be applied in the four countries in the UK. Major two kind of the parties in theparliament of the UK that are House of Lords and the House of Commons. In the houseof lords there are major 650 memebers who takes active participation in the parliamentfor developing the law. On the other hand , in the House of common, 600 peers appointed
