INTRODUCTION
Human resource management tend to be associated and
related with the strategic approach that ensure the effective
and efficient management of the people in order to maximize
the performance level of employees to effectively met the set
objective (Farooq and et. al., 2022). Further, a vital role is
being played by the human resource management in
employing the talented people along with ensuring there
regular training and developing polices to attract and retain
skilled employees.

Aim and objective of the project
Aim
The main aim of current project is, “To analysis
the role of the Human Resources Management in
developing the coherent approach to people management
along with its importance in adding value to the strategic
direction of the business”. A case study on Aston Martin.

Rationale
The selection of the current project based on the topic of the
HRM is seemed to be rationale and significant as a vital and
effective role is being played by HRM in supporting better
management people. Along with this, it has been also seen and
find out that the HRM plays an important role in leading
effective strategic direction and higher motivation and
performance level in employees which supports and lead to
better accomplishment of set organizational goals.

Review of Case study :
To determine the role of the Human Resources Management in developing the coherent approach to people
management.
As per the view point of the Kougiannou, N.K. and Ridgway, M., 2022, it has been seen that the human
resource management is tend to be related and associated with the proper staffing and development of
employees within a firm that consists of use of various coherent approaches such as providing regular training
and other incentives to employees. For instance: an analysis can be made that within the Aston martin the
Human resource management tend to have the coherent apprch of providing and leading out regularly technical
training to its employees which ensures sharpen of the skill and technical ability of employees that ensure their
effective performance management (Hu and et. al., 2022). On the other hand, within Marks and spencer the
human resource management tend to have a coherent approach of providing performance based incentives to
have people management that supports higher motivation in employees by meeting their monetary needs.

the business.
With respect to the information provided by the Hamid, Z., Muzamil, M. and Shah, S.A., 2022, it
has been seen and analyse that HRM is important in adding value to the strategic direction of the
business as it tend to build and lead a connection between the human resource of company and its
key strategies, objective and goals. Along with this, it has been also seen that HRM is concerned
with the effective management of people thus, it helps the management to bridge the skill between
the current performance level of employees and needed skill level to meet the strategic objectives
of firm (Boxall and Huo, 2022).

To recommended some more effective ways and
approaches of HRM that supports better strategic
direction and effective management of people
According to the view point of the Popescu, C.R.G. and Kyriakopoulos, G.L., 2022, there are various
effective ways and approaches that can be adopted by the HRM to supports effective strategic direction as
well as the better management of people. Leading effective communication across the firm is an effective
way to set better coordination among business activities and goals along with supporting common direction
to ensure better achievement of organisational goals. Along with this, providing regular performance based
incentives and perks is also a vital approach of HRM that motivates and inspires the employees towards
better achievement of organisational goals and objective (Zhang, Wang and Jia, 2022).

Analysis
On the basis of current case study, an analysis can be made out
that the HRM plays a vital role in supporting better people
management by the way of the improving the business
performance and uphold a culture that inspires innovation and
works unremittingly to gain a competitive advantage. Along with
this, it has been also seen and analsysed that the HRM helps in the
developing the framework to coordinate the activities of other
employees through providing strategic direction that supports
better achievement of set objectives.

CONCLUSION
On the basis of current presentation, a conclusion can be made that a vital role of the
Human Resources Management is being seen in developing the coherent approach to
people management by the way of supporting regular training and performance
appraisal to boost their motivation and performance level. Further, it has been also
summarized that the importance of HRM is being seen a firm as it tends to supports
the adding value to the strategic direction of the business by the way of setting proper
coordination and skill development in employees.
