This report is based on Sun Court ltd”, it is a generalist provider company inworldwide. This assignment will discuss about different types of learning styles and role oflearning curve. Proper training is require by the staff members at various level which is alsoshown in this study. Learning styles and theories helps the business entity in order to plan anddesign effective event of learning to employees are determined in this project. Different kind oftraining approaches and its advantages & disadvantages also determined in this project. Role ofgovernment in lifelong learning and development which imp-acted on private and public sectorsare described in this assignment.
