ROLE OF ENTREPRENEUR IN SOCIETY1
An entrepreneur is someone who has the capability to lead an organization or a group of
people. He/she has a lot of responsibility and has the ability to fulfill all the responsibility.
He/she is responsible for all the people that work for him. The entrepreneur is basically the
leader to leads an organization that is created by him. This essay will assess the role of the
entrepreneurs.
For me the entrepreneur in my society is the owner of the multinational company
Amazon, Jeff Bezos. He is an entrepreneur as well as a philanthropist. He is the one who started
the multimillion dollar company Amazon, after going through a lot of struggles.
The new thing that I have learnt from him is that whether the business or the work that I
do I small or big is equally important, they require the equal amount of dedication and hard
work. This is a thing that I never realized, I always though the money is what matters in business
but it is dedication that matters.
My values regarding leadership and responsibility were always very strong. I knew that
hard work is important and that everyone needs to earn money irrespective of who they are.
Seeing these shop-owners I realized that everything matters in business from managing a story to
doing the inventory, everything is important.
I always believed the managing anything is very important. Proper management is
essential for studies for any activities, this belief of mine was confirmed when I saw Jeff Bezos.
His life depends on managing everything and maintain a multimillion dollar company and with
that doing philanthropy work.
