INTRODUCTIONHealthcare is referred as maintaining and improving the quality of health with the help ofvarious diagnosis, treatment, clinical procedures and prevention (Al Ameen, Liu and Kwak, 2012).All these procedures can be applied to cure the illness caused at physical and mental level.Depending upon the healthcare field there are many healthcare professionals who deliver careservices to service users. They are general physicians, dentistry, surgeons, ophthalmologists,midwifery, nursing staff, pharmacy, paramedics and psychiatrists. The access to healthcare field ishighly influenced by different types of factors such as social, economical and ethical factors(Sultan, 2015). Healthcare facilities can be provided in any care centres such as hospitals, GPsurgery and private clinics.The report will discuss the role of healthcare manager in achieving effectiveness andefficient care services to all the service users. Further it will also include the different types ofperspectives of individual stakeholders in maintaining the quality of care services. Various modelsand theories will also be explored which are used to analysed the environmental issues in potentialdevelopment of the healthcare services.i) Role of healthcare manager in achieving effectiveness and efficiency service delivery in SevenKings residential care home.The healthcare manager or the administrator in Seven Kings residential care home plays avery important role in managing the business facilities and various operations for running theresidential home effectively (Responsibilities of Healthcare Manager, 2016). The manager is mainlyresponsible for hiring and maintaining staff which can provide effective and efficient qualityservices to all the elderly patients present in the care home. The different aspects of healthcaremanager which are responsible for delivering quality care service to the patients are by managingthe financial department, determining the needs and requirements of different service users andensuring the availability of different types of resources for used in furnishing best quality healthcareservices to the service users (Zwerling and et.al., 2012). In any organisation it is very important fortthe manager or administrator to hire candidates which are capable of meeting the demands andneeds of the organisation. For providing effective care services to the patients, it is very necessaryfor the manager of Seven Kings residential care home to appoint individuals who can appropriatelymanage their healthcare responsibilities in delivering care and attention to all the elderly patients(Shively and et.al., 2013). It is the role and duty of health administrator to motivate all the candidateso that they are able to learn new strategies and methods for producing better healthcare facilities. Itis also very important to maintain the control and coordination between all the staff members so thatthe existence of communication gap is not present.
As the Seven Kings residential care home handles elderly citizens it is very necessary toensure that they are supported and provided assistance throughout the treatment (Oleske, 2014).Depending upon the requirement of the residential home the manager should employ differentcandidates such as physicians, pharmaceutical officials and nursing staff. A health technologyassessment is very necessary for all the healthcare departments so that they are able to determine theneeds of Seven Kings residential care home. The manager and other administration departmentshould strive for setting priorities in organisation so that they are able to design techniques andpolicies which can ensure effective care services to them (Dozier, Grunig and Grunig, 2013). Apartfrom delivering best quality services there are many other responsibilities of managerial departmentin Seven Kings residential care home. It is very essential to maintain the leadership qualities so thatpositive and productive culture is achieved. Setting out various healthcare standards and policy bythe management can produce operational excellence which will automatically improve thehealthcare services provided to all the elderly patients (Banfield and Kay,2012). Hiring candidatesis also one of the important task that is being assigned to manager of Seven Kings residential carehome. Retaining of appointed staff members is also necessary because if the staff is not willing tocontinue the healthcare services then it will directly have an impact on patients and residential carehome staff (Frey and et.al., 2014).Developing various healthcare policies in accordance with the state and federal regulationsis also one of the main duties of healthcare manager in Seven Kings residential care home (Haggerand et.al., 2016). All the policies and legislations which are designed should be complied effectivelyso that patients and other individuals at workplace are safeguarded in an appropriate manner. Forefficient growth and development in different healthcare organisation it is very necessary toestablish working partnership relationships with other medical organisations so that they are able toshare ideas and methodologies for health promotion (Hartzler and et.al., 2013). For delivering bestquality services it is essential to update the technologies, equipments and other standards in SevenKings residential care home. For this purpose the organisation should manage strong financialresources so that they are able to meet the demands of different service users in Seven Kingsresidential care homeii) Analyse the perspectives of stakeholders in health and social care regarding qualityStakeholders in a corporate field are referred to members of different organisation groups,accountants, officials of state and federal government or individuals who are directly involved inthe actions and activities of healthcare or various business organisations (Ickin and et.al., 2012).There are two types of stakeholders such as internal and external stakeholders.
