IntroductionPublic health refers to the health issues, prevention method for minimizing the chances ofdiseases. The term public health is a kind of discipline and art controlling diseases, ensuring thegood health to the people. The hard labour of different health agencies, the contribution ofgovernment, and public, private communities also takes a major part in public health as thepreventive method of the different agencies helps the nation in minimizing the chances ofdiseases and ensuring the healthy life of the people. In the present situation, the whole worldwitnessed the high level of health diseases that causes the end of the life. It has also beenevidenced that the busy, unhealthy lifestyle of the people are the prime factors that are the mainreasons behind the raising of rare health diseases. Therefore, in this assignment, the contributionsof different agencies, the preventive methods, and strategies for ensuring the good health of thepeople have been discussed briefly. Apart from this, the reasons, factors behind the high level ofdiseases have also been critically analyzed in this assignment. Task 11.1 Explaining the role of various agencies in identifying the level of healthdiseases in community areaAccording to Davidson (2014, p.39), the role of different agencies in public health is vital for thenation. It has been evidenced that different agencies, local authorities, government, world healthorganisation, European Union and different trusts play an important role in health care services.The local agencies try to develop their education n system that they can make the people tounderstand the necessity of leading a good, healthy life. On the other hand, it has been also seenthat local authorities, council make collaboration with the national, private agencies in order toconduct a health care campaign that they can create awareness among the people about thehealth, the nature of diseases and about the precautionary methods for preventing diseases.Apart from this, it has also been seen that the contribution of government is very effective for thehealth and social care as the various policies, rules of government ensures the safety proceduresat health care services. It has also been observed that government conduct many health seminars,free medical campaign just for the sake of the people and make them aware of their unhealthy3

lifestyles. On the other hand, at present situation, European Union and world health organizationalso take initiative approaches in order to maximize the level of health service as the lack ofproper observation, lack of proper treatment sometimes results the high level of health issues. Ithas also been observed both European union, world health organization also conduct healtheducation for the people that they can make them understand that people need to avoid smoking,drugs, alcohol and other harmful products in order to secure theirs. The careless, unhealthylifestyles also affect their children, especially the teenagers and leads them towards death,harmful diseases like HIV, AIDS, cardiac diseases, nerve problem and so on. World health organisation also tries to generate a investigating system worldwide along with thehelp of communities, help of government, by collecting information from universal networks,help of health laboratory services of UK. This also helps them to find out solutions to fightagainst the infectious, non-infectious and harmful diseases.1.2 Explaining the epidemiology of diseases that are widespread in the countryAs per the opinion of Buunk et al. (2013, p.41), at present situation, many countries of UKwitness a rapid growth of harmful health diseases like infectious diseases and non-infectiousdiseases. A per the record of health diseases it has been evidenced that among the infectiousdiseases; the level of Human Immunodeficiency virus is comparatively higher than the otherinfectious disease. On the other hand, among the non-infectious diseases, the rate ofcardiovascular diseases obesity is high. According to the graphical data of HIV, it has beenobserved that the number of HIV affected people was high in the last year. As per the record, ifthe level of HIV infections is increasing like this, then in the year of 2025-2030 it will spreadevery single corner of the world and it will become a major threat for the3 people. Thegraphical records reflects that poor adherence, lack of proper knowledge of the people are themain reasons for the increasing numbers of incidents. It has been observed that the health careorganisations fail to give proper treatment and the poor level of service, care maximize theincidents of HIV. Apart from this, many areas of UK do not have proper diagnostic care centresand as a result, sometimes, the health institutions fail to detect HIV diseases at the primary stage.Therefore, the infectious cell of HIV spread rapidly in the body and causes death to the people.On the other hand, retention in care, lack of proper equipments also results the high level of HIV.Therefore, the health institutions need to develop their diagnostic care, need to maintain the4
