TITLE“The role of religiosity on the psychological well-being of themiddle aged to the elderly people”.ABSTRACTReligious Beliefs and Values are linked with Indian Society from very long time but asper current scenario it become an essential part of the nationals domicile of every smallestregions. Research based on 75 Indian Nationals and the age of this sample size are between 45 to75 years. This research also based on particular education or occupation status because it helpsin gathering accurate information for effective outcomes. Quantitative analysis is the systematicapproach which helps the readers to understand numerical data and further it provide variousbenefits at the time of making any decision. Collected information will be observed andtranslated in understanding manner. Primary purpose of this research is to complete this studysuccessfully. Purpose of collection information based on two scales and it taken into account viz.The Religious Commitment (RC) Scale and The Well-being Manifestation Measure (WBMM)Scale. In this research paper, liner regression is the RC scale components that is dependentvariable such as RC1 to RC10. Along with this, WBMM denoted as independent variable wheredepicted as (Well-being Self-esteem Sub-scale SE (1,2,3,4)); WB_MB (Well-being Mentalbalance Sub-scale (5,6,7,8)); WB_SI (Well-being Social Involvement (9,10,11,12)); WB_S(Well-being Sociability (13,14,15,16)); WB_C (Well-being Control of Self and Events Sub-scale(17,18,19,20)) and WB_H (Well-being Happiness Sub-scale (21,22,23,24,25)). On the basis of primary research, all the information which collected with the help ofresponded will accumulated and transferred to the SPSS. With the help of SPSS, meaningfulinformation will extract for the purpose of analysis. Along with this, it revealed that there is apowerful tendency between data assembled through primary as well as secondary quantitativeresearch. At the time of conducting research, psychological well-being of this particulardemographic is mainly related to WB_H25, WB_H22 and WB_C18.
INTRODUCTION The religiosity refers to a group of aspects that consist number of factors such asideological, ritualistic, intellectual creedal, doctrinal, consequential, culture, experiments and soon (Reker and Wong, 2012). It includes the fact that every person is connected with religiosity indifferent manner which is generally based on their religious thoughts as well as relevant norms.The older people are observed to be much associated with religious values and norms as theystrictly follow them at any cost. However, it has been analysed that factor of religiosity andrelated thoughts of people are responsible for affecting the physical as well as psychologicalhealth condition of them. It is observed that religious aspects also has positive effects on societyas they encourage citizens to obey ethical rules while carrying out tasks on daily basis.Moreover, religiosity motivate people for not to harm other individuals as it is opposite to theirreligion. Meanwhile, it is observed that people decide severe punishments for the sins on thebasis of religious norms and values which not appropriate. The present investigation is based onrole of religiosity on psychological health condition people. It will focus on concept of religiosityas it play an important role in daily life of individual because they consider religious values atthe time of carrying out various activities in proper way. It is analysed that few of religiousnorms are favourable because they encourage people towards correct aspects of whereas some ofthese values create superstitions which are extremely harmful for human beings. Moreover, projectmanager of respective research kept their collected data confidentially because it containsvarious personal information or data. Along with this for analysing the data and informationrespective research project manager will use SPSS analysis method. It is describe as an elementwhich is required by a project manager while they are conducting their research in effectivemanner (Brim, Ryff and Kessler, 2019). There are several resources which are required by research such as funds, time duration,skilled labour and many more. In respect of respective research on the topic of identifying role ofreligiosity on the psychological well-being of the middle aged to the elderly people, projectmanager required resources like funds so that they adopt resources effectively in order to conductwork. Along with this they are required skilled labour or staffs who will help in collecting dataand information and many more. It is consider as factors which must be consider whileconducting research in effective manner such as consideration of legal, cost, logisticalconsideration many more. The respondents of respective company are in between 45 to 75 ageand they are going to answer their question which answers are based on scale and they need toconsider the factor that all scale must not be of sensitive nature. Time plan is describe as timeduration which is required by a researcher in order to complete their task as well as project ineffective manner (Koenig, 2013). In respective of respective research, project manager requiredapprox 6 months for conducting who work in proper ways.

Inaddition to this, there are several aspects of religiosity which impact positively on mind set ofindividuals due to which they select correct pathways to spend their journey of life. It is helpfulto encourage people to avoid way of crime and wrong attempts along with adopting correctpathway to work with honesty to fulfil their daily requirements properly. In addition to this,every person has their own rituals which should be followed by them but creation of relatedsuperstitions become extreme level of harm to other individuals (Rossi and Rossi, 2018). It isnecessary to improve awareness of people in terms of avoiding negative and baselesssuperstitions so that individuals facing related problems can be secured to facilitate comfort levelin their lives. Meanwhile, it has been evaluated that religious values reflects in behaviour andway of thinking about various aspects which is favourable to differentiate them from each other.Different cultures and religions become base of conflicts and issues among individuals workingat same place due to their dissimilar mind sets.Anil Mathur (2019) state about religious practices that they are an important section ofcultural belief system which is followed in society.
