INTRODUCTION
The stakeholder is most important part of the company success and progress. Usually
stakeholder is defines as individual person as well as group in the organisation which is
associated with direct and indirect stake that can be affected or may be affect in respect of
organisation action, policy and objective. There are several stakeholder exist in an organisation
such as communities, employees, shareholder, investor, government, supplier, industrial trade
group, labour unions, competitors etc. All types of stakeholder are most important with the
prospect of several consideration (Santoro and et.al., 2018). Stakeholder management process
covers recognition of key stakeholder that support operations of business organization. That is
why this is main reason of determining real success or project failure involved in the project
appropriate execution. The mainly refers to the stakeholder is related to that person who is
majorly interested in the organization services and project. The chosen organization in this report
is Tesco. This is one largest multinational grocery retail hub established by Jack Cohen in 1919.
The report aim towards discussing role od stakeholder in the organization.
MAIN BODY
The Tesco is such as multilevel company of the retail segment in parts of UK. The detail
role as well as analysis of Tesco company stakeholder covers two major type of stakeholder such
as internal and external stakeholder. This will combines the role and aim to cover the more
exploration upon their influence and ethical issues along with their influence on organisation.
Tesco is retailer company of British and headquarter is located in Welwyn, Hertfordshire,
England (Kannan, 2018). The main stakeholder in respect of internal stakeholder of Tesco
combine of manager, employee, board, executive committee as well as shareholder. For this
company Tesco stakeholder plays major role for company progress. So as the employee are most
vital in respect of Tesco as well as manager. As per the recent study most the employee of the
company cover almost 450000 universal colleagues. That puts into the heart into human resource
department that mainly manage employee and managers of Tesco. The board of this leading
