Introduction
Talent management refers to a systematic approach for a corporate
management team of the business firm. It helps in recruitment and
retaining up of talented staffs working in the workforce. By using various
talent management techniques, managers and leaders of the business firm
are able bring in efficiency of efforts being produced in the company. In
the present research paper operational working of Tesco is being taken into
consideration. It is a british multinational supermarket which majorly aims
it operational activities in providing grocery items to its valuable
customers in given marketplace.

Research Gap
it refers to various problems or issues faced by an individual researcher for
effective conduction of research paper. In this respective research paper,
there were lot of difficulties that were faced such as lack of time as a
resource and also faced lot of issues regarding building up of a unique
research.
