Problem ■Employees are vital resources for company because their contribution with respect to organization is indispensable. Therefore, it is significant for growth of workforces of Woolworths limited (Kazimoto, 2016). ■Due to increasing the competition and technological development within an organization, it is required to assess the training and development activities for persuading the employees performance of Woolworths limited, Australia (Ayandibu & Houghton, 2017). ■This research is selected to understand the role of training and development in increasing the performance of employees.
Aim and Objective Aim and objectives ■The aim of this investigation is to assess role of training and development (T&D) on performance: of employees in case of Woolworths Limited. The given below objectives would be implemented to accomplish main aim of research: ■R01:To address effects oftraining design on the performance of Woolworths limited ■R02:To identify the role ofjob trainingon the employee’s performance in case of Woolworths limited ■R03:To measure effect of training delivery style on the effectiveness of training in case of Woolworths limited ■R04:To analyze the need of T&D on the overall employees performance with reference to Woolworths limited Project scope ■This research would have wider scope for academician to understand role of job trainingon the employee’s performance. It would have also wider scope for practitioners and company to comprehend the need of Training and Development on the overall employees performance of Woolworths limited.
Methodology ■Qualitative research design will be implemented to collect theoretical information regarding investigation issues. ■Secondary data collection method would be used to collect the information from existing sources. These sources are textbooks, journal articles, online websites, and newspapers. It would be selected by researcher as it will take less time to obtain authentic information regarding the role of training and development on employee's performance (Van De Voorde & Beijer, 2015). ■Content data analysis method would be used to assess the gathered secondary information. It would aid to comprehend the data in a meaningful manner (Salman, Khan, Draz, Iqbal, & Aslam, 2016).
