INTRODUCTIONFamily nurse practitioners are the nurses which are registered in advance practice. Theyare indulged in working together with healthcare professionals in order to provide care that isfamily focused. These nurses have a responsibility to create care plans for acute or chronicdisorders (Brom & et.al. (2016). They lay emphasis on improving the health outcomes and well-being of patients. Report discusses how clinical and non clinical roles of family nursepractitioner enhances service users outcomes. It highlights advance nursing concepts that wouldsupport in taking interview. MAIN BODYDifference between clinical and non clinical roles of nursesFamily nurse practitioners perform various clinical and non clinical roles that supportspatients in accessing healthcare services which are safe. It also educates service users regardingdiseases they are going through. It has been analysed that with the advancing complexity inhealth care services, many patients are consulting family nurse practitioners for their primarytreatment wants. These nurses perform clinical roles while providing acute care that includesconducting of diagnostic tests and procedures for the patients suffering from acute or chronicillness. They are required to treat service users from childhood to adulthood. These nurses are also involved in analysing and examining the signs and symptoms ofdiseases faced by patients. They support patient in early detection of disorders that allows themin overcoming the disease easily. Family nurse practitioners also perform pharmacological taskssuch as giving certain type of medicines if service user is going through problems like headache,stomach-ache, vomit or any other (Barnes (2015). Clinical role of nurses also includes providingsafe healthcare treatment to patients. They are involved in collaborating with team to givehealthcare services. These make sure that treatment provided to them is safe and secure plus nomedication error occurs while imparting them care. Family care nurse practitioners providesholistic care that is beyond the administration of medications and various other therapeuticalprocedures (Trautmann & et.al. (2015). They also make decision relating to patients treatment incollaboration with other healthcare professionals. Nurses have responsibility to make patientsunderstand about their care planning process, disease, medication, treatment to their best ability.
