This is one of the most effective andsimple way of self management learning. People can develop their communication skillthrough the conference and seminar. In this ways people can share their knowledge and skillswith each others(Edwards,2016).Group discussion: in group discussion and debates people are talking on the commontopic and individual can get chance to put own ideas and thoughts. Social networking: people can increase their knowledge by social media. Today mostof the people and mostly young generations like to spent so much time on social networking. 1.2 Enduring acquisition in experienced and individual circumstanceConstant acquisition in skillful and individual development circumstance could be generatedby doing a continuous swot analysis and self-reflective learning. SWOT analysis includesstrengths, weakness, threats and opportunities. This can be done by feedback process. In thisprocess employer can take feedback and collect the information about the employee’s

performance which improve both the business of organization and performance of individual.By swot analysis individual can determine and examine the fields which they need toimprove. Apart from this this process can also encouraged if one tells about their issues, withothers then he can find the solutions and ways to solve those problems and issues.In professional, encouragement can also provide by analyzing the performance of individualon regular basis. Self reflective learnings and continuing professional development areimportant tools for the swot analysis. People can resolve their problems and issues by gettingthe different ideas and experience from different peoples.
