Me: Me: Hi, Sir. Good Morning!
CEO: Good Morning!
Me: Sir, I need your consultation on the diversity policy of the company.
CEO: Is every stakeholders are being informed about the diversity policies?
Me: No, Sir not all is informed. Only the higher management are being informed and after your
recommendation I will inform all the required stakeholders.
CEO: There are many things which are required development and the diversification in respect to
the company’s policies which we require immediately for the betterment of the governance of
the company.
Me: Yes sir, you are right. We are developing the policies which will help the company and also
the mangers of the company to have better governance and also it will benefitted our whole
workforce of the company.
CEO: Definitely. Please, formulate the diversity policy which must benefit our workforce. Also
make sure that the policies which are to be formulated must be according to the legislation and
all the policies must be abide by law.

law and also used for the workplace.
CEO: Go for it. Please, ensure that after the formulation of the whole diversity policy please
convey the whole changed policies to the workforce of the company after taking the recognition
from all the stakeholders of the company.
Me: Yes Sir I will. I also believe that informing the diversity policy to all the stakeholders will
engage all the stakeholders to the everyday business of the company and it will also help to
understand the business more profoundly. In case of the employees I will make sure that they
understand every part of it and if any change required I will definitely consult with you for better
idea to resolve the issue.
