This project is based on room division whichconsist various departments: Front office, reservation, housekeeping, guest services, security andcommunication (Costello and et. al., 2014). This project based upon Churchill Hyatt’s which isone of the finest service delivery organisation in United Kingdom. Thus, effectiveness ofmanagement and their key functions have to determine which enable them in maximiseproficiency of business. Along with this, there are several key legislation are also imposed onentity which going to incorporate over below. TASK Services provided by room division operations with importance of customer experienceRoom division department play an effective role in maximise their customer satisfactionwhich is essential element in generating more and more profit for business. Thus, they can use many new technology in their businessso that appropriate actions could be carried down properly. For this relation, hotel can use a newsoftware in business “Property Management System Fidelio” which enable an organisationprotect their system from virus attack. It is slightly more expensive rather than other. Thus, onlysuch entity can use whom are rich in cash and have adequate fund as well. This software is helpful for every business firm especially to all hospitality firms forkeeping their data virus free and protective than other things. Hence, Churchill Hyatt’ can usethis software for business context under which they are going to manage all things properly. Thissoftware will going to enhance customer experience and satisfaction as well on the basis offollowing features: Reservations: This feature of software enable management to maintain complete record of all thethings which are taking place in an organisation and related to reservations itself (Fortier and et.al., 2011).
