Front office helps to provide effective services for the sake of
customers. They provides accommodation , food and beverage
facility, bar services, house keeping , etc. to satisfy the
customers according to their needs. For this proper planning has
to be done by the managers. The front office is usually made
attractive to provide effective ambience for the customers. This
will help to garb the attention of the customers.

With the help of healthy interaction with the guest, relationship
factor can be maintained. This will help to provide ease to the
customers in case of any problem (Dexter and et.al., 2014).
With the help of camera security is also provided to the guest.
The rooms also have locker facility to safeguard the assets of
the customers.
