financial factor, pandemic situation and many other factors. The pandemic situation theatre
affects badly because they are close in whole pandemic situation. As arise of this situation affect
organization financial cost and sales revenue because of which decrease in organization
productivity and profitability impact (Uddin, 2021). The main current issue is that as because of
situation analysis influence organization business and consumer decreases. Also, not able to gain
any income source from theatre that effect on employee who work in Royal Opera House as they
not recognize any raise in their productivity. The current problem is decrease in their financial
cost that affected badly as consumer decreases and not coming to theatre. So, this problem that
arise in organization affect business very badly. In order to gain again their sustainability growth
they have to make proper functioning and effective strategy has to be implemented in
organization to raise their productivity again by overcome issue and challenges that faced by
business. As organization is facing high crisis in their issue of management because of COVID-
19 crisis that affect human being and organization badly due to which they get scared.
