INTRODUCTION
The main objective of performance appraisal is to give
worker feedback and find out the employee training and
development requirement.
To analyse the performance of employees, company can use
different methods such as assessment centre method, critical
incident methods, essay assessment, human resource
accounting method and rating scale(Chand and Ranga,
2018).

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Aim: “To analyse the ways by which organization hold
up performance appraisal in hospitality industry – A
Case Study on hotel Marriott ”
Objectives:
To increase the efficiency of productivity.
To assist supervisor in promoting and demoting
employees in chosen organisation.
To analyse the techniques of appraisal using by hotel
Marriott.
