INTRODUCTION
Performance appraisal is the systematic and periodic of worker's
characteristics in the matters concerning to his existing job and his
prospective for an amended job. It is necessary in an organisation
of hotel Hilton because it provides a review of past work
performance(Ayers, 2015).

Aims and Objectives
Aim: “To analyse the ways by which company maintain
performance appraisal in hospitality industry – A Case Study on
hotel Hilton”
Objectives:
To amend job performance level in chosen business.
To gain the capabilities of employees.
To help the supervisor and top level management in promoting and
demoting workers.
