INTRODUCTION
There are many types of job opportunities that can be explore and capture by individual
specifically in health care industry. In this sector the main role of person is to work with adults
belonging to various background. The major challenges that has been faced by medical
practitioner is dealing with people belonging to different nature. The other problems that has
been faced by adults people that has arrived in Hospital for treatment is poor attitude of hospital
staff and language used by medical practitioner.

These legislations are formulated by government in order to ensure safe practices for employees.
It has been implemented by health care institution in order to provide safety, protection and
stability to patient in hospitals (Darragh and et. al., 2016. ) Some of the legislation related to the
health care sector are:
The safeguarding Vulnerable group act: The objective of this legislation is to prevent unsuitable
people from working with dependable adults and children. The employees that are working with
such types of people has to be qualified and trained according to the terms and condition that is
defined by law.
Human right Act- This law provide vulnerable people right to be treated equally and carefully. It
gives individual an power to challenge discrimination.
Data Protection act-According to this law it is duty of medical practitioner to keep information
provided by individual safe and maintain the confidentiality of patient data.
Recruitment of staff-It is very essential for the human resource manager in Health care institution
to be carefully when recruiting employees to work with vulnerable people who require extra
care. Every person who employs a new member of staff has to make sure that they are save to
work with the elderly as they are very vulnerable (Grasso, 2016)

agencies work together in order to provide quality, effective as well as suitable services to the
patient. When the professional works together share their knowledge as well as ability, This
factor helps them in providing satisfaction to patient and fu filing their neds in appropriate
manner (Dubel and et. al., 2014.)

Working in partnership with adults-This strategy assist medical practitioner in identifying the
needs and demands of adult people and providing them effective care. It also allows medical
staff to develop gain customer loyalty. Effective customer policies and schemes assist health care
staff to demonstrate that they are more concerned about patient health and have focus on
providing suitable treatment as well as care to vulnerable adult (Gunningham and Sinclair,
2014)

Supportive role is very important in health and social care institution. As this helps
medical practitioner in providing suitable and effective services to patient. It also allows them to
identify various ways and methods in order to reduce the medical errors that may lead to the
death of patients.
Supportive relationship is dependent on empathy and encouragement of employees to
support health care institutions in improving the quality of services and goods. The supportive
relationship provides medical representative an opportunity to identify the needs and demands of
patient. It helps them in promoting as well as communicating the objective of the institution to
consumers (Henderson and PrimeWellness, 2015.)
CONCLUSION
It has been concluded from the report that there are various forms of abuse .The reason of
abusive behaviour is lack of comfort or inability to facilitate or execute particular task. It has
been analysed that supportive relationship is essential as it provides medical practitioner a
chance to identify the neds of patient and provide them quality services.
