face. There should be several programmes to be developed, to educate

service users. There should be various health related programmes conducted
on weekends where the service user like Bella who are suffering from special
disease like Alzheimer’s should be provided with extra details. The external
help should also taken in the health and social care sector. The external help
like media, churches, renowned persons all can be taken into the process.

related policies have been made in order to avoid vulnerable abuse. The
