strong and needed to pay about £150,000 to mortgage lender. He also need to pay for the water
company and debt collection agency otherwise they can take legal action against him. He is old
not able to take care of himself. He also need some support in his care that can allow to life better
quality life with some support. He is not good in health and needed some social worker help to
get support in working with better effect. He doesn’t have many friends and also no one is in the
family who can care about her. This can be effective and allow to get better interaction with
others. He needs better care and support that can help Mr. Atkin to live effectively with better
effect. In this, there is risk of health and life which cause due to getting older and not able to help
himself and there is overwhelming scent of tobacco and marijuana which cause negative impact
on his health and risk of getting worsening of health (Neumann-Podczaska & et. al., (2020)).
