Maintaining all the possible reports which can help in maintaining the records which can help resolve the issues which has gone under the jurisdiction and law.
It is mandatory to keep a daily record of the events taking place at the airport which is under the rules and regulations (EU) No 376/2014. every report will be investigated with the purpose of improvement for the level of safety. There must be special safety check at the check in and check outs. With the reactive management techniques which can minimise the risk and danger. There must be power allotted to the managers which can be used to resolve conflicts which aroused under the safety concerns. There must be a proper safety management system to ensure the groups which manages the concerns related with safety and risk factors in both reactive and proactive ways. Many of the events are recorded and investigated further for the safety performance and to resolve the conflicts. There must be a septate committee for the reviewing the work. All the safety meetings are attended by the subject matters for respective disciplines. Various risks are addressed proactively by conduction of cross-departmental risks for the changes which are implemented for any changes.
