In this report, various issues which are faced by nurses in Canada will be explained in a proper way. During their shift times, nurses have to be very active as there are different demands from different patients (Terry, Lê, Nguyen & Hoang, 2015). There are different kinds of patients who require different ways to look after them, so nurses need to be well and fit to meet the various needs of the patients. The time which is required for taking care of the patient is much more than expected, which requires a good number of nurses in the healthcare system. The various hazards which are encountered by the nurses can affect their health in both short term as well as longer-term (Boamah, Read & Spence Laschinger, 2017). The healthcare system around the world needs to tackle these problems which are faced by the nurses as the healthcare system is a significant sector in the world. Some of the problems which might be encountered by nurses around the world aremusculoskeletal injuries, infections, various changes in the mental health and various other injuries (Déry, D'Amour, Blais & Clarke, 2015).
