Workplace hazards are one of the most crucial matters that need a strict check. It is a
known fact that there will surely be many risks in each and every workplace. It is the duty of the
management and the company owners to make sure that they are being able to provide a safe and
sound environment to their employees. They have to make sure that the employees are not kept
in any darkness regarding the environment of the workplace (Curcuruto, Mearns & Mariani,
2016). In other words, the employees have the complete right to know about each and every
dangers or risk associated with the workplace or the kind of work that they are doing. If the
workplace is beset with different kinds of dangers and the managers are not serious about
warning the employees regarding the same, there can be great hazards (Carayon et al., 2015).
One such incident happened in the Canberra Kenoss construction company. There was the death
of one of the truck drivers who was not warned about the electric wires that are kept strewn in
the construction site. This happens to be one of the most fatal accidents’ that happened due to the
carelessness of the company owners (Ahmad, 2017).
