Introduction
As per the current scenario, it is identified that employment
relationship is playing prominent role in the development of the
organization. It is analyzed that employment relationship is
considered as the contractual agreement between the employees &
employers that mainly allows individuals to sell their labour.
Basically employment relationship is helpful to create the good
relationship between the employees, employers, markets & states,
contracts. This report is based on the Sainsbury organization which
is famous retailing organization and operating marketing activities
in various locations.

It is identified that organization must establish an appropriate
environment in which all the employees can feel free to express their
problems and issues. Positive working environment can helpful to
motivate the staff members and then staff begins to express their worries;
the manager must listen and try to fix the problem while being sensible &
open-minded. It is necessary for the organization to create the effective
employment relationship so that all the employees can get good working
environment. It is analyzed that employment relationship demonstrate
the legal connection between an employee and their employer is
described by the type of contractual employment agreements.
