This study focuses on the strategies and initiatives for personal and professional development with respect to Sainsbury. It evaluates the positive and negative impact of using these strategies and recommends ways to improve personal and professional development. The study uses qualitative research with an inductive approach and interpretivism philosophy. Thematic analysis is used to analyze the data collected through a questionnaire and secondary sources. The study concludes with a SWOT analysis of the researcher's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
