INTRODUCTION
Change management refers to the approach into systematic terms for dealing with the
transition or transformation of an organisation's process, goals and technologies. The main
purpose of change management is to to implement strategies for effecting change, helping people
and controlling change to adapt to change. In the present report, Sainsbury's is taken into
consideration. Sainsbury's is majorly driven through the passion for food and also serve by every
kind of customer(Alqatawenah., 2018). It is the second largest chain of supermarkets in the
United Kingdom and it was founded in the year of 1869 by John James. The present report will
cover discussion about the ways in which change impacts the strategy and operations of the
organisation and also about the influences which divers of change have on the behaviour of
organisation. In addition to this, the report will cover analysis about barriers to change which
influences leadership decision making. Moreover the report will cover discussion about different
barriers for change and in which manner it influences the leadership decision making. The report

When Sainsburry's organisation has shifted themselves on the online basis then there are
lots of changes which an organisation has to face in terms of their working procedure and
execution level as well. These changes can also be in terms of improvement into the process and
routines of an organisation and also restructures the hierarchy at the operational level. Within
this digitally competitive world, it is very important to prepare themselves at the advance level
from the perspective of market(Cameron and Green., 2019). In order to compare different
