With me as the team leader, the sky will not be the limit; together we shall be unstoppable. I
believe that my personality traits make me the best candidate to be your team leader. As team
leader, I hope to inspire the best in each of you to come out. As a leader, I hope to be
inspirational to all of you knowing that synergy of our collective strengths will make our team
stronger.
My personal work ethic is to excel (I disdain mediocrity!). I believe in setting goals that are high
and achievable. I am a workaholic and enjoy pushing myself that extra mile. I relish success and
meeting objectives that I set out.
My biggest weakness is expecting too much from others and being stubborn. I tend to do what I

SUBJECT: ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES
It has come to the attention of the CEO that some of our branch and office staffers are engaged in
giving kickbacks as an incentive to attract and retain customers. This is unethical and Reacomm
expects this practice to cease forthwith.
A recent issue on the same involved Peter Brento in our Budapest office who engaged in
kickbacks in order to enhance the competitiveness of the Budapest sales office. The Russian
market is highly competitive and giving kickbacks is acceptable.
While acknowledging that there is ethical relativity in different societies where kickbacks are
acceptable in some cultures, it is an unacceptable practice for Reacomm according to our Code
of Ethics and any breach of the same will not be tolerated.
I wish all staff will take note of the above in their future dealings with customers in all our
regional offices which we expect to be transparent and above board. Feel free to contact me for
