Why Project
Management?
By taking the help of the project management
the project can be completed in the allocated
deadline in an easy manner. Through this, the
accomplishment of the task can be done in
different and appropriate manner. While
implementing project management there is
the requirement of five steps which are shown
below:
• Beginning
• Scheduling
• Positioning
• Maintenance
• Monitoring
• Closure of the project
Through this technique, project manager can
get appropriate guideline so that he can guide
other team members that are associated with
the project in an easy manner.
As per my experiences the project
management can lead the development of
the project in an easy manner. All these are
done by taking the help of the different
stages that has its own significance. If the
project has been implemented through
these stages in a sequential manner, then
the chances of project success are going to
be increased.
Kerzner Chapter 1 Project can be considered as the continuation
of certain task that is going to be in the series
of activities. These activities include:
• Creation of focused business
value that has a specific

are changing from year to year. This include
following changes which are:

Under this lifecycle, there is no need of
working in a sequential manner. Sometimes

and level 2 is not completed in overall
completion of project. so there is an

As per my experience, every organisation
wants successful project and they put extra
efforts into achieving it. But there is only
very few projects that are going to be
completed as per the plan which is thought.
Also, the approval and recommendation of
the scope change are going to base on the

organisation, then it is going to think that he
is going to add the profit to the project.
Sometimes changes in the plan lead to
increase in knowledge or need of
competitiveness. So for that scope change
