INTRODUCTION
Racism is normally understandable to be conflict that relates towards the discrimination
committed against people of various quality. Colorism detail biases that grow between person
who are members of assorted cultural groups it is the trust that someone with any degree of
lighter complexion is reasoned more bonnie or valuable that individual with dark skin. Today,s
scenario is advance, so people have to be change their mindset, either it is BLM (Black lives
matter) or castisim. They have to be straight forward about the things that is related to the human
beings. Youth of country looking towards the negativity despite they belong fro education
background because they have lack of maturity and they have adopted from the ancestors. To
prevent from this BLM people have to raise its own voice (Roustaei and et. al., 2020). Due to
this so many students commits suicide, depression issue anxiety problem which is not good for
the country and human sentiments. According to the given case study George floyd passed away
due to colorism issue. This report determines the issues, possible solution that could be adopted.
The main purpose of this research is prevent the decolonising system and discrimination on black
colour which is very essential in today's time.

There are various issues such as decolonising the curriculum, ARUL looking forward to discuss
the background of their staff and students historical issues relating to their founding and funding
and the major issue is BLM. It is a localized political and social movement conflict against

movements in nation continuum. It open many views and wide display of economic process but
they centre on condemnable justice improvement. The popularity of BLM has quickly
displacement overtime, it grew enchantingly popular by 2019. on broader movement it including
several others companies and activities emerged under the banner of BLM as well. The situation

mandatory to live in world. If people unable to change their mind set, discrimination will
increase that will impact very badly among the youths and upcoming generation will also
involved in this. One day this thing destroy the world. Black lives matter is an continue going
demand for equality and improvement. The movement goes beyond diffusing consciousness
and call everyone to take straight human activity in order of George Floyd. The legal fund
supports US premier legal company that is active for group justice,demanding structural changes
to enhance political orientation and encouraging equality for all dark people. As the world
wrestles with institutional racism and attempts to heal from killing of George floyd. While ten of
thousand joined protest in the street. There were no ability to join in a physically demanding and
time consuming way. It become most outstanding request in US history with around 18.6
million signature at the time of writing. The petition demands to take action in convicting george
floyd. American public opiion it sometimes seems stubborn. Public perception on race and

BLM has been resisting influencing narratives in new ways, the movement magnify
knowledge and counter discourses that confirm the individuality and demand of black
communities. The ascendant public oftens anticipate peripheral groups to use persuasion to
educate them about their grievances. However, some of them did arguments that suasion can,t
alleviate substantive in order improvement. Society will generally tolerate only those changes in
public discourse that time off statistical distribution of power and perquisite untouched. Black

their communicative onto their public. People have to be matured or practical in every prospects
which is beneficial. All people are hungry about love they want emotional support. If they will
do discrimination that will be impact on human mind that create negativity and some of them
looks forward to commit suicide (Astor, 2019).

stop discrimination on colour basis, simple is that, there is no black and white, humanity matters

will convert into protesting and violence that will give major difficulties, or this thing will
enhance in significantly manner. It has to be summarise stay positive among the people. It
doesn't matter in present time people will focus on colour whatever it is black or white, humans
are humans.
