QUESTION 1As it has been observed that some employees have decided to exclude the persons whoare not Christian's from the event planned for the Christmas eve. All the employees that are notChristian's are feeling quite disappointed and excluded as they cannot be a part of the Christmaseve. But, it is wrong and I am thankful that someone brought me this news. JKL industries doesnot support any sort of discrimination as according to the Equality Act 2010, it has been clearlystated that there should be no sort of discrimination in any work place. So, JKL focuses onmaintaining the same by supporting no sort of discrimination, whether it is based on colour, race, sex etc. Various policies and procedures can help quite more the JKL industries about the ethicalvalues and the cultural diversity along with the ethical values as well so that all the employeescan realise the fact that all are equal and in JKL industries, there will be no such activity in whicha specific group or team will not include (Hagedoorn and Wang, 2012.). Every member of theJKL industry will be included in every function of the company. Working in a work place that is happy and healthy isconsidered not less than a family.QUESTION 2I have decided to meet the team directly that by considering what, means on what basisthey decided the non involvement of the employees for the Christmas (Hirsh and Lyons, 2010).When all the employees are working in a company, it is the responsibility of everyone to takecare of each other and support each other. BY excluding a specific group such as the team matesdid by excluding the non Christian's from the Christmas eve is a negative concept and throws abad impact on the organisational behaviour of the company. It also affects the processing of theJKL industry. So, to understand that all are equal in a company and no one should do this type ofdiscrimination, it is very ensure to have a better level of interaction as when all the employees ofthe JKL industry will interact with each other and share a positive bond, then in that cases, noone can think of excluding any one from some part or special function of the company. It willmake the excluded ones disappointed and they will feel like they are not important for the3
