EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In the present report the social group which has been focused upon is young male who
are suffering from Schizophrenia. It has been analysed from the report that male goes through
mental illness more in comparison with women. There have been so many young males in
United Kingdom who are been suffering from mental health disorder. There can be difference in
symptoms which is seen in male and females. It has been analysed that males can go through
lower social isolation, when they are suffering from this type of disease. It has been analysed that
there are various interventions which is being used by health care professionals such as psy-
chotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy in order to enhance health outcome and quality of
lives of patients. There are various policies which are also being formed by UK government so
that they can treat patients. They have implemented mental health capacity act 2005 and this ap-
plies to every individual whether male or female who are suffering from mental health related
problem. According to this policy equal treatment must be given to every person who is going
through this issue. This is being done for enhancing health outcome of patients.
