Introduction
The Project Management course outlines the techniques used by best-practices to
improve project management skill. It shows how the disciplines used by companies
approach to management can be applied to any kind of project in any industry.

Identify the project.
The project is an assembly of three villas at a staggering dashing view
built on the edge of a mountain to give dazzling views, called the
“Sana’a Hills” they are three villas that Provide a high level of comfort,
privacy, and luxury which provides enjoyment on vacations, ceremonies,
gatherings and other occasions.
A huge demand has been noticed of having places where families,
couples and friends can book to have a calm and joyful holiday amid the
current war and stressful situation.
As result, the Sana’a hills idea came to mind to serve the needs.
The project is about three villas located at the edge of a mountain at
the country side of the Sana’a City, the villas will be companied designs
and architectures from all over the world to satisfy different needs and
tastes of the clients.
Also, the project will be a remuneration for all people who wanted to
travel, but due to the current situation they cannot.
Sana’a hills will be the best choice for customers who look for a
quiet, private, will-designed villa with a swimming pool and outstanding
view.

Write a brief introduction about the project
Establishing a unique, worm and summery villas, located in Sana’a
specifically in AlEshash area, where people can see the landscape and
the utter view from above the mountain zooming into the ancient
architectures of Sanaa city.
The villas will provide different style each villa will include two
bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, green yard, and a
swimming pool.
The first villa will be designed to the Santorini style that is popular
with their white walls, colored trees, and clay structure at the top of a
mountain. The main building materials are, of course, volcanic which
are abundant thanks to the well-known volcano; volcanic dust, black
igneous rock, red rock and pumice stone
Second villa will have a style related to Maldives structures which
includes big windows with bright decoration and wooden cells.
The last villa is a Chinees texture that is famous for their traditional
design, focusing on wood, paper and warm colors and various features;
such as, bilateral symmetry, use of enclosed open spaces, the
incorporation of ideas related to feng shui such as directional
hierarchies, a horizontal emphasis, and allusion to various cosmological,
mythological, or other symbolism.
In addition, the villas can be prepared for special oceans such as
honey moon, anniversary, graduations, family gatherings, parties and so
on.

1-Detail the scope of the project.
All three villas are located in AlEshash. Each villa will include
two bedrooms, one is a master bedroom and the other is guest
bedroom. There will be two bedrooms, one is master bedroom
with double bed and a balcony, the other is guest room with two
single beds. Two bathrooms, one is with a jacuzzi, and the other
is on the first floor.
The space of each villa is 220M, the swimming pool space is
8*6, the sittings around the swimming pools are 2.5*2.5, car
parking will be prepared for two cars and its space is 3.5*10.
