INTRODUCTION
In this modern life, human is totally depend on the technology. All the updates in human
life is only because of advancement of science and technology. If a deduction of science and
technology take place in human life, it will become zero. Because of this, it can be said that
human is living in an era of science and technology. When the science and technology combined,
it result in the increase in the comfort zone in the lives of human. The purpose of making this
report is to analyse the concept of world of science and technology including characteristics,
advantages, disadvantages and many more.
MAIN BODY
Science bound well ordered study of somatic and chronic effects of human surrounding
by using the channel of investigation and experimentation. Technology refers to the approaches
of science in order to achieve practical goal. Additionally, the study of knowing how society,
culture and politics affects on the research and innovation of scientific technology comes under
the Science and technology studies (Lan and et. al., 2017). They provide a advance vision to the
ideas and operations. Science and technology both makes contribution in such a way so that
promotion of various aspects of human lives can take place. If the growth of both these factors
was not possible in the ancient time, the human was still surviving in the stone age. The presence
of modern era is the result of science and technology. Al through these are two different terms,
but they are depend on each other as science is just a study of physical and natural environment
while technology is the process of applying of science on various factors for the purpose of doing
various innovative changes.
On the basis of study of subjects, Science has been divided into various branches such as
earth science, social science, biological science etc. UK is containing a huge history of science
and technology as it is well known country for various discoveries. It is also a most innovative
nation as it has discovered various number of aspects of human lives. It can be said that science
and technology works for booming the economy of country. It helps a human life a lot as human
is completely depend on the technology (Kuchuk and et. al., 2017).
Not only human life, effect of science and technology can be seen on the agriculture
sector as well as it result in the increase of production of crop because new technology is

continuously helping the farmers for adopting new techniques for cropping and harvesting which
remove the manual labour method and improve the result as well.
Along with this, advance technology is also doing contribution in the world of health and
medicine, which is playing an important role in saving the lives of people and dev loping healthy
nation by finding various treatments to the diseases.
Telecommunication is an another innovation done by advancement of technology.
Introduction of internet in the society has completely remove the distances between the people.
Science is a psychological and experimental activity of the structured study of framework
and conduct of all natural and physical article and occurrence by the observations and
experiments (Rip 2018). Various advantages of Science and technology are given below:
Science leads to knowledge and discovery- Science refers to the expansion of
understanding of life. It helps in removing the gap between individual and truth. The scientific
attempt help the society to find the answers to the huge issues and takes farther down the road to
discovery.
It facilitates progress and development- The expansion of knowledge is as good as to
progress. It drives various partitions, test their declarations and gives result to the new finding
that transform life itself (Keeble 2017). The growth of last century solo is real. At present day,
nobody can imagine life without internet while 100 years ago there were not even TVs in the
society.
Science informs decision making- Various scientists firstly identify the problem,
develop various theories, turn a speculation. After that, for the purpose of analysing whether the
hypothesis is right or wrong, some set of tests should put over them which result in a unique
solution. Science has provide you various directions and answers for making decisions.
As a coin have two sides, Science and Technology have some disadvantages as well.
Some of disadvantages of Science and Technology are as follow:
Science butts heads with spirituality- Event of natural faith come into dispute with
scientific attempts. Science is a world of impartiality, divine. Scientist prove that human is
deceiving themselves. Science stops the person of science from adopting the impartiality
positivity that is provided by faith and religion.
Unemployment- As technology introduce various machines in the life of human which
result in the less employment opportunity in the society which result in the increase in

unemployment. Because of unemployment, some of countries are bearing fall in national
economy (Galazka 2018).
Affects on health and lifestyle- Because of advance science and technology, scientists
have developed various advance technology product whose effect can be seen on the lifestyle
and health of human life. As science has developed evil firearms as a nuclear bomb, this is lead
to the projectile which means of chemical and biological warfare.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it is concluded that there are lots of changes has been take place in
human life only because of science and technology and this is continuously going on by doing
various scientific experiments which result in innovations. Furthermore it is analysed that
science and technology have various advantages and disadvantages on the life of human. World
of science and technology means analysing the various impacts on the society and human life.
Basically it helps the people to make their lives modern by reducing time consumption while
doing any work and increasing effectiveness and utility of result.
