All thesecentres have focussed on delivering the best services that can match the quality and give improved services to all the personsrequiring care (Brett and et.al., 2014). The industry has focussed on promoting the health and care so that most emergingissues in health sector can be mitigated in an efficient manner.The, NHS also took active part in this because of which theydeveloped a framework so that the issues related to obesity can be addressed in a best possible way. Apart from this,according to this framework, the policies were developed so as to handlevarious types of complexities in delivering theservice and care for obesity. In relation to this, the present report has focussed on highlighting various issues that are facedin delivering the health care services. In addition to this, the report has discussed about the Obesity and various issues that areface in delivering the services related to it.On this basis, the role of media in this issue has also been talked about becausethey have a major role in making a perception within society (Sheldon, 2011). Thus, the present report will give an overviewof health related issues and also about various policies and regulation related to this practice.Influence of social media on awareness: There are are various health issues that are emerging health issues in local communities that are across the country which resulting into youth violence. Therefore, theanther diseases is a obesity that are the major risk factor that are consistently measurable through the Behavioural Risk Factor Surveillance Survey. The foremost prevention of these health issues can beremoved by targeting the children and the provider of care with the proper guidance for the healthy and early physical activitiesSea transport-This has been established In the year of 1831. This major intensionis to provide different experience of ship (Gudlaugssonand Magnússon, 2012). Under this aspects, travellers travels through boats and ships. It is the best attractive source of travelling which influences thetourist and render the best experience (Jarvis Stoeckl and Liu, 2016).There are almost 3,217 deaths due to obesity that means 11% which increase the risk factor as it is only due to poor dietician and unhealthylifestyle affected less in the people regard to eating habits.In 2008, the government came into a strict action and took the proactive approach so as to develop the laws and acts that can help in overcoming theissues of obesity and also deliver better services in this regard. For this purpose, it was necessary to develop the awareness among the general public who were suffering from this disease so that they can bemade free from thisissue .Health and well-being of society: the practitioners in this field have very limited resources and through which they can address issues related with it in a proper manner. It is also apparent in this scenario thattill now, obesity has not been taken as any serious case because of which there are very less number of acts and legislations that have been made in this regard. According to Collins, (2010) in recent past, it hasbeen overviewed that the obesity is increasing among children at a very fast rate which must be addressed in the healthcare systems. Technology-In international tourism expanded due to the development inthe jet aircraft and the computer technology. The development of computer brought reservation systems which is used today by travel agencies so that they can direct contact with airline (Kaur, Chauhan andMedury, 2016).According to the views of Lydon and et.al., (2016) obesity in United Kingdom becomes a contemporary health concern. From assessment, it has been identified that approximately 28.1% adultsare suffering from the issue of obesity. Due to the changes take place in the lifestyle of the people it is estimated that at the end of 2020 UK population could be obese. Rising level of obesity is one of themajor challenges.in front of UK people. Along with this, from evaluation it has been identified that expense on food inclined by 7% between the period of 2011 to 2014. This aspect shows that eating style ormanner has greater impact on the health aspect of an individual. However, on the critical note, Frieden (2013) presented that now with the aim to make control on the level of obesity individuals lay moreemphasis on taking hygienic foods.by introducing laws and legislation in relation to the healthy food government authority can exert significant control on the obesity level (Kondo, South and Branas, 2015)..Role of media is continuously increased day by day through which individual can able to get the knowledge and information about the health issue and their impact on the daily life. Newspaper, television,internet, online blogs, social media, radio are the major medium of mediathrough which information and knowledge about the awareness and remedies of the health issue can publish and announce.Massmedia plays a very important role in the people lives and it is evident in the amount of time people spend watching television, surfing world wide web, listening to music and reading newspaper andmagazines,This media delivers the knowledge and information about the health issue and its precaution, remedies and causes. This medium assist in changing the perception of people and make more ware ofthem about their health security.From this report it has been concluded that By media, individual can gain various kind of knowledge and awareness about the remedies and precaution toovercome the obesity. In the present time, promotion of health awareness and various kind of remedies and precaution are increased through which public can improve their health andgain the knowledge about howto overcome the obesity and overcome itsnegative impact.There is an advancement in the science and technology have an vitalimplication for the purpose of prevention, treatment of human diseaseand understanding. Thus, these type of development are to beconsider that the most vital as there is an transformation that arebrought through the advancement of new biotechnologies. Thus, theemerging issue regard to health are the main threat to the populationthat are overall health.In the views of Lymbery, (2010) in thisconcernof obesity, the major dilemma that is faced in the delivery ofservices is related to the cost as well. The cost of availing the besthealth care practices and advices, the cost incurred is very highbecause of which the issues concerningobesity haveincreased.
