1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The proposed project is the construction of an under-water art museum that shall include the art pieces of
the European culture. The aim of the business is to improve the fragile marine eco-system and promote the
top-level tourist destination. Conservation of seas and protection of marine life has become a necessity in
the present times. The document covers the scope statement for the project and includes the business
objective comprising of the business need, product description, deliverables, product acceptance criteria,

up manual in case a sculpture get eroded before the time schedule.
Under-water marine life remain unaffected and it has been checked from time to time.

The project needs to be completed by December 2017.
The proposed project should be completed within the assigned budget of 700,000
Any change in the design of the museum shall not be considered once the placement of art
museum starts.

Sculptures should not interfere with any natural reefs.
Museum can be closed only for 10 days in a year to combat extreme winds.
