Project Title: Opening a café inside the gym
Scope/Objectives Model: a Kepner-Tregoe Approach

To avail or buy proper café equipments (air fryer , high
quality espresso machine, automatic deep coffee
makers, ovens, toasters) to prepare health food
products
If any equipment of the gym is damaged then that
responsibility will not be taken by the café community
To offer opportunities for only offline food products

for the membership card holders
The café do not store any data about the gym trainers
