2SCRUM STUDYIntroductionThe project is based on scrum study and change management. Scrum is such a frameworkwhich is employed different processes as well as techniques rather than the process and buildingof products. Cameron and Green (2015) stated that Scrum framework is team based and itdefines associated roles and events. Each of the Scrum project is highly flexible as well asiterative manner when sprint of work is tangible deliverable on the business. Firstly, mostobvious thing that I have discovered is advantage in Scrum study is working as part of thisproject. I leant that good working is key success towards design activities when there islimitation of both time as well as resources. As each one has various points of view, thereforevarious ideas are produced on the Scrum study. I identified various principles of Scrum whichare followed into project to make it successful. Scrum Study It is required to know definition of the product as stated by SBOK at the time ofimplementation of Scrum. In this study, I identified that decisions are taken base on observationsalong with experimentations in respect to detailed and predictive planning. It is based on threeprinciples like transparency, inspection and adaption. In the Scrum study, collaboration isrequired to interact with stakeholders for delivering greater values as product development(Hayat & Qureshi, 2016). I identified three core dimensions of collaboration such as awareness,articulate and appropriation. There is collaboration among Scrum core team with otherstakeholders to provide higher value to products. It aims to deliver valuable product and servicesto the customers on regular basis.
