We have scheduled the interview to take place on 18th of October 2018, as from 10 am
and will run for an approximate time of three hours. It will be taking place in our Publicom
headquarters located at 25 Boul, Des Erables in Quebec in room 78. You will meet an interview
panel composed of four individuals.We would like to inform you that, during the first interview
we more focused on ones proven skills and capabilities, accredited certificates indicating
qualification and personal interests. During the second interview, the panel will be concerned
with soft skills and experience gained in respect to accounting duties and responsibilities. In
particular, we are interested in one's ability to work with the rest of our staff members in a

productive manner, one’s communication skills, ability to solve the problem, both general ones
and in the accounting department and ability to play all roles and duties obligated to an account
with minimum supervision. Kindly be on the readiness to hold a discussion on the above details
as well as personal examples on each category under accounting department.
