Executive Summary
The security management program is necessary for the security of the overall
system. In the present era, most of the companies have used information systems.
Therefore, it is necessary to create security management system that secures
overall system from various perspectives.

program for the East Marine Supplies (EMS). In addition, this will discuss the
security management program and security policy. It will use different models for

Introduction
East Marine Supplies (EMS) is a well-known company in the market for the
installation of marine vessels. In addition, the company has managed several
branches. Each Branch has more than 20 employees for different types of works.
The company has required an ICT system to manage all the processes in a proper
manner. In addition, business processes have required proper resources to increase
performance. Information Security Management System (ISMS) is a program to
secure the information assets of an organization (Ashenden, 2008). In addition, it is
the responsibility of the information manager to secure all the information assets
using mitigation strategies and controls (Campbell, 2016).
This report will provide benefits to the security Management Program (SMP) for the
company and its purpose for the company growth and success. It will describe the
development model for the implementation of the security management program
and security policy. It will also provide tasks, roles, and responsibilities of the
security management program for the company.
SMP’s benefits
There are many benefits of the security management program for the company. In
addition, the security system provides security to the various assets of the company
especially information assets. In addition, the security program provides security to
the company from a different point of view. It is necessary to provide administrative
controls to the company to manage various things in a proper manner.
