Reflections of Air Asia Case
I have carried out certain personality tests in analyzing the issues that took place in Air
Asia case study that has facilitated me in offering effective viewpoints based on my personality
test results.
Theories on Morality Test Results
Social Groups Survey Test
I have attained understanding on the issue of Gold and Diamond Watch case. It has been
gathered from the case that it explains a story regarding a salesman of Anderson Office Supplies
within Australia in Sydney region and the person is observed to attend a sales trip for the first
time in Middle East (Deppe et al., 2015). From analyzing the case of Air Asia, I gathered a
viewpoint that David joined colleagues as guests of suppler seat craft who were bidding on a new
contract to supply AAA with aircraft seats. Such act of accepting invitations was prohibited in

attempt of maintaining airline safety and in this case, it is violated.I also attained an
understanding from the case that the purchasing officer of the middle east government asked the
person to bring a gift in the golden form that is made of Rolex for attaining success in the
business agreement. When the person returned from the office, h explained his experience with
the supervisor regarding the agreement. In such scenario, I have attained an understanding that
his supervisor got angry and too the decision to fire him if he was involved in any bribery case.
Despite such treat, the salesman took the decision to enter int an agreement with all his
counterparts in Middle East. For this reason, he took the decision to purchase the watch from his
own money and in such scenario, he got caught and the company released him (Falk & Heine,
2015). From the findings of the result I have gathered that Richard had to deal with certain moral
constraints that I feel is not followed by the person in his previous business conducts.
From analyzing Air Asia case I have gathered that the company was involved in unethical
act of violating AAA because of which David was fined and was sent to jail for being involved
in such conduct. In such scenario, it can be gathered that justice theory was violated by David in
maintaining consumer safety and by not following suitable code of conduct. Moreover, as per
this theory some distributive principles needed to be followed in maintaining basic structure of
society that was violated in this case. I have carried social group survey test from which I have
revealed the way I reveal about all the social groups that is associated with certain five
psychological morality foundations. The foundations that was included in the test includes harm,
loyalty, fairness, purity and authority. From the moral foundations of this scale I have gathered
that I have strong moral fixations in leading the team to have distinct gut-level emotional
reactions to distinct group of individuals (Hogan& Foster, 2016). I also tend to have a nature of
caring deeply and have warm feelings towards Americans and unfavorable feeling towards the

people those are in protest of the American flag. From my analysis of the gathered results I have
attained an understanding regarding my theoretical understanding on my moral consideration. I
attained a high score on this trait and my economic aspect attained a medium score. Moreover, I
have obtained a score of 5 out of 7 on my views on morality (Koopman &Hakemulder, 2015).

Reflections on Gold Watch Case
I have analyzed the Gold Watch case and attempted to analyze the ethical issues existing
in this case. Considering the same, I have carried out certain personality tests that has revealed
about my ability of making ethical judgements.Ethical models, personal ethics along with ethical
dilemma is considered to be necessary hat has facilitated me in dealing with the ethical dilemma
and in taking any decision. In the paper I have focused on formed and shaped. Ethics is deemed
to be to be branch of philosophy which deals with regarding morality and also have invariably
played as a vital part of my life, particularly some of these theories like the moral rights, justice

theory and utilitarianism (Bandura, 2015). From the findings of the result I have gathered that
Richard had to deal with certain moral constraints that I feel is not followed by the person in his
previous business conducts. From attaining the results of my diagnostic tool is have realized that
the role of moral and ethical consideration as per the provided case is focused an generating a
better framework for all the company activities. From my analysis of the gathered results I have
attained an understanding regarding my theoretical understanding on my moral consideration
(Bedford & David, 2014). I attained a high score on this trait and my economic aspect attained a
medium score. Moreover, I have obtained a score of 5 out of 7 on my views on morality. This
trait indicated that I have an increasing understanding regarding follow-up on the observed
ethical considerations that is deemed to be lacking in the case provided.
Big five personality scale test
I have carried out big five personality test to analyze the Gold Watch case and I have
gathered that the test sometimes referred to be the “master traits” of human personality. I
gathered from the gold watch case that Ryan was involved in bribery that is highly unethical act
in my viewpoint. I feel that such act was not moral to accept a bribe for securing any deal.I have
also gathered that I have openness experience and my high experience indicates that I have high
interests and is observed to be highly imaginative (McKay, Wulf, Lewthwaite &Nordin,2015). If
I have low scores it might have explained as down-to-earth, traditional, practical and is set in my
ways. My sub-scale test results also indicated my strongest association with politics and as I am
liberal I have scored high on this trait and I have attained trait of variety and traits. My
conservative trait has attained a lower score regarding this trait. The test also revealed a suitable
score regarding conscientiousness. In this trait I have also gathered have the trait of having high

standards and have the ability to attain their goals (Pennycook, Cheyne, Koehler &Fugelsang,
2016).
They are also observed to be uptight and in case I had low scores I world have been
careless in making decisions and implementing them. In extraversion I have also high scores in
extraversion that indicates I am quite extraverted, active, outgoing and high-spirited. From the
gathered test results, I have attainedan understanding that I do not hold traits of being introvert,
serious and reserved (Sharp e al., 2015). I hold the trait of being socially active and I am quite
happier than the introvert people. In the resultscore, I have observed that on the point of
agreeableness I am observed to have the nature of good nature, agreeableness and eagerness to
avoid conflict and the low scores in few of the results of the test also indicated that I am a bit
proud, skeptical, competitive and do not tend to indicate the nature of angerquiet frequently. The
test results also indicated my nature based on the aspect neuroticism (Stein& Grant,2014). It has
been revealed that I am a bit sensitive, emotional and tend to experience certain feelings those
are quite disappointing. These results also revealed that I do not feel the sense of being hardy,
secure and tension free at the time I face stressful situations in my life (Bedford & David, 2014).
