INTRODUCTION
In today`s hectic schedule, everyone leads a extremely busy life. Everyone is very busy with
either school, university or school. As a result, it becomes all the more difficult for one to
understand or analysis one’s self, one`s character, one`s action and one`s aim and motives in
life. No matter how much busy one`s life, it is very important and vital to that one should take
out time for taking for doing the self reflection, self analysis because it is an “important
ingredient for success in life” (Bronfman, 2015). In the following report, when the presenter
had put together his or strength, weakness, opportunities and threats (SWOT), it was found
that the main five traits of his or her personalities were “Good communication, Fast Learner,
Input, Individualization, achiever and creative instinct”(Sarsby, 2016). As a learner, the
presenter always believes in a Sanskrit shloka or quote that means, “Every moment one
should learn earn. If you waste a second (kshan) you can't get knowledge (vidya) and if you
waste a bit (kan) u can't get money (artham)” (Chauhan, 2018). As a personal individual, the
presenter believes in true facts rather than hearing out to biased opinions. The presenter is
always just a phone call away in case of any help or emergencies. He or she believes in
“creating novel ideas for their enigmas each time they confer upon them”. Communication is
believed to a strong asset of the presenter. As a result, he or she is very comfortable talking to
the stranger and befriending them. He or she tends to make people very comfortable in his or
her companionship, as a result people who are very introvert with other tends to open up with
the presenter. The character sketch of the presenter is required in the following report
assignment, which was a continuation of a previous assignment in order to find out if or
whether he or she is suitable for working in the Coles Supermarket in Australia (coles, 2019)
