It can provide different skills of a person. It is a simple activity in which different people can share their thoughts about other persons in a group, which are related to their skills. It is a good activity and it will take 1-2 hours for identifying different skills. In this activity, papers will require to manage processes. In addition, there are many processes between the activity, which is beneficial for the group members. Communication is necessary for this activity, as many members are having fear of open communication(MacLachlan, 2013). This activity is based on communication(Musa, 2019). In four panes, different types of skills will be noted, which areas: Open section: This pane is allocated for share skills, which can be related to their behaviour, feelings, attitude, and emotions. Blind section: There are many changes in the skills of a person but those skills are not identified by himself. thus, we can identify those skills based on the feedback of other group members. It will be better to know about himself from others. Hidden section: A hidden pane is used for those skills, which are related to secrets, feelings, and fears. It is useful for those people, who are not aware of their personal skills. These skills can be identified using self-analysis only. Unknown section: Some skills are depending on the person as well, such as capabilities, talents, and feelings. These skills are developed in a person from their personal efforts. All the process of this activity is interesting for all the members, as all the processes are based on communication. In addition, many unknown skills will improve using this activity as well such as effective communication. It is a good way to learn about the skills of others as well (Vella, 2013). This activity is based on various aspects, such as self-analysis, and self-awareness. In addition, many critical situations can be managed using this activity. However, hidden strengths can be used for critical situations as well. It is a good idea to create new skills as well asknowaboutother skills. Self-awarenessisnecessary for thedevelopmentof additional skills, which is a good thing for a person. However, skills are already present in the person. This activity can be used for the identification of various skills of in-group members. This activity will develop communication skills as well. This is a group activity in which each member shares their feedback about other members in terms of skills. It will be useful for improvement in the skills as well as the development of skills.
