INTRODUCTIONIn a human, there is certain kind of nature which he\she follows and there are certainthings which always have the scope of improving and thud for that personal development skillsand the plan are being included (Genesee, 2006). This kind of plan is being utilised for bringingthe quality within life and the activities which are being carried out as well. PDP is the methodwhich gives aspirations and thus helps in evaluating strengths and weaknesses of our own andthus support the research activities. Moreover, certain other areas will be present in whichobjectives will be attained effectively. TASK 1Within an individual, there are specific factors which has the need of bringing some kindof improvisations so that they can have access to the betterment. In a life span of an individual ,there are two factors in which he\she lives and those are personal and professional ways. Thereare certain plans which are being made for having the positive modifications within the personallife (Jordan, 1997). This can be obtained by conducting research on oneself and collect the data which has thepotential of making the difference and thus give results. This kind of procedure does not havelimitations up-to data gathering the effectual factors which in turn can mainly be extracted andhave better form for accomplishing the objectives (Means, 1991). STRENGTHS Major quality which I have acquired isthe communication skills and this kindof skill has given me the potential ofresolving issues in personal andprofessional life. In current situationthere are various kind of circumstanceswhich generates the situation and helpsout in enhancing the expertise ofcritical thinking. Along with this, I somewhat posses theskill of administrating and takingdecisions. This mainly states that the1
how well the team is responding andwork is being carried out. There is theadministration along with managementfor completing the objectives ofbusiness and personal level as well. I have mainly worked within the teamwhich in turn has mainly built up theaptitudes effectively. There are multiplesituations from which I learnt and thushave mainly gained the expertise .Aptitude will be improvised by newkind of obligations and parts of thegroup. WEAKNESSESDue to ineffective coordination,sometimes I mainly face the issues incommunication and thus workingwithin team. This lead to beunsuccessful in completing wants andneeds. There are abilities which in turncan influence the profession in variousaspects. Along with the communication, I donot have much patience power whichsometimes create the issues in negativemanner. Sometimes this kind ofsituation creates the negative impactupon the mindset and goodwill as well. Abilities of the critical thinking is notso good and thus it is being showed bynot undertaking the exercises anduncompleted research. There is not2
