Reflection is good for the academic writing as well as for professional life(Steh & Saric, 2017).Writing makes life beautiful. Being a writer, subject doesn’t matter but writing is an awesome experience. Critical reflection is learning by doing process. In this essay, reflection on self-care activities as well as an activity plan for self-care activity will be discussed in detail. It will also explain about the critical reflection on the self-care activities and desired improvements in the activity. Moreover, this paper will discuss about the advantages of self-care activities in the life. Reflection on Self-care Psychology provides solutions to different problems of a person’s usual life. Few moments are memorable for a person. Psychological journals are necessary part of bachelor degrees in which journal writing is included in the curriculum. I leant about writing and maintaining this practice in my daily life, which helped me a lot during problem solving (MAYO, 2003). Life is all about the things related to happiness and sadness, but few things always make life controlled, such as writing(Thompson & van Vliet, 2018).Caring is a good thing of human beings but so many people cannot manage this thing in a good way. I have always been best at looking after others than I have been at looking after and caring for myself. I always think about my neighbors, and other persons. Being capable of communicating efficaciously and without a doubt in our very own surroundings and luxury zone may additionally seem hard enough (Skovholt & Trotter-Mathison, 2016). It is a process in which critically thinking about the academic writing and analysis about the topic is useful for interpreting right information. It is also beneficial for effective communication(Taylor, 2017).There are so many things to do but caring about the other persons makes me happier. It is a process for the enhancing different skills for helping people from different things. I learnt about so many things from psychological readings. It was a

We are having a limited time for handling stress; as there will never be extra hours within the day. We know that our own family obligations will constantly disturbing us while working. Hence, we have to manage our stress level both at workplace and personal space. Thus, irrespective of how annoying our life appears, there are always few steps we can take to relieve the pressure and it will be beneficial for stress management. Stress management enables us to maintain pressure so that we can live in a happier, healthier, and effective way. Stress must be reduced through different daily-life activities. Though it is a tough task to handle stress, but through following few things stress can be avoided. However, stress management is not always easy for handling all stresses because it is important to discover about the reason of stress. Stress management is a process in which reasons are identified and resolve them. This is not as trustworthy because it sounds. While it is easy to identify essential stressors, which includes changing jobs, transferring, or a going through a divorce, pinpointing the resources of chronic strain can be extra complex. It is all too smooth to miss how your own mind, emotions, and behaviors contribute in your everyday stress levels. A stress magazine assists to identify the consistent stressors for our existence and the way we cope with them. Each time we sense careworn, maintain song of it on your magazine. As we preserve an everyday log, we will start to see patterns and not unusual topics. Write down: What triggered your stress? The way we felt, each bodily and emotionally How we acted in reaction What we probably did to make our self-feel higher Whilst stress is an automated response from your worried system, some stressors get up at predictable instances. Academic writing requires different thoughts for the writing and it is helpful for understanding the deep learning about the academic writing. Academic writing also requires synthesis information and summarise reports of the study. Moreover, there are different types of therapies for handling stress and pains, such as art, music, drama, and smelling therapy.

There are so many rules of writing and writing is helpful for understanding different things. Therefore, I always use my diary for noting down my experiences(Thompson K. , 2011). My views are bit different about writing, as in my opinion it is useful for the academic work but it must be used for the reflections on personal experiences. I really felt good during academic writing, as writing makes a person different from others(Bolton, 1999). I am always active for self-care activities such as meditation, visualizations, yoga and reading for managing my stressful situations. Besides, I often use writing for managing my stress and it is my hobby as well. To me, writing is a process which takes our thoughts in different directions and makes our thinking positive. I learnt about critical thinking from my academic writing study. Online resources such as blogs, books and e-magazines are helpful in reflective writing(Yang, 2009). Conclusion It is concluded from the previous portions of this essay that, reflection is beneficial for the self-care activities. There are many advantages of reflection, such as personal and professional development and hence reflection practice is necessary for an individual. It can also be concluded that physical and mental activities such as exercise, reading journals, communicating verbally and non-verbally always provide help in reducing stress. I also have realized that academic writing being my hobby reduced stress to a large extent. In whole, reflecting on self-care activities is the best practice for nurturing knowledge as well as career. In my context, academic journal writing is my hobby and a way to reduce my stress while working with my day-to-day activities. Thus, self-care is an essential thing for managing stress and for me journals whether they are academic or non-academic are helpful for reducing stress.
