There are some ofthe behaviour that a person knows that it will be harmful or unhealthy but they fail to controlthemselves and continue their activities. These are type of situation that make a person to get intoserious trouble and in worst scenario individual die. The present assignment the aim set is:“To increase daily water consumption to improve health of individuals” This report covers ways to monitor and measures taken to determine the amount consumed.Further, it includes discussion over ways with the help of which rate of behaviour can bechanged and consumption of water can be raised. METHODSIn order to make a person drink more water is possible only when certain steps are takenin to consideration. With this respect, below given are the points that can be included:1. Measurement and monitoring:Maim focus is related with the time that is to be considered. There are many researchesthat are carried out on the total amount of water that is generally consumed. In thiscontext, it is being identified that people need to be consume at least two glass of watereach hour (Willis, Stewart and Hollingsworth, 2011). For this respect, it is require tomakes sure that proper analysis of time is done so that the person is able to consumewater on hourly basis. Further, the research also states that about 60% of the adult’s bodyweight and 74% of new born body is made of water. It is important to carry vital nutrientsto cells and in regulating body temperature. And for removing waste. One should know about the total amount of water they consume each day. When this isknown, then it helps to take up appropriate steps to solve the issue. Use of alarm iseffective way to make individuals remember the amount of water drank.Further, people also make use of checklist as it makes the individual remember the totalnumber of water that is consumed (Foglio, Buffoli and Rodella, 2012). However, this canbe made effectively when proper understanding of the normal consumption of water doneby a person. 1
