INTRODUCTION
Portfolio can be defined as the academic work of a student used in educational sector so that
they are able to develop some skills that are required for the purpose of development of overall
employability skills in a individual. It is used for the purpose of making a detailed evaluation of
learning’s that have been accomplished and having standard criteria, grade promotions,
graduation etc. this report consist of a reflective account that consist of various skills on the
course work.
SKILL REFLECTION
During the tenure of my college I used various different type that are part of the scaling
system and are sued by me in the class lectures. There have been weekly division of some of the
skills that I have leant during my class lectures and such skills are mentioned below:
Time and task management skill:
Task is regarded as a piece of work that has to be done by me in the assignment. Task
management is basically a process that is used for purpose of management of task. I was able to
learn this skill of time management to accomplish such goals in the given time frame. It is a skill
that is going to help me in the long rum top utilize my team in the most effective manner and
determine my overall priorities according to the limited time frame allotted to me by my
superiors and authorized person. This skill as a student is going to help me in management of
my work according to the requirements.

Group formation:
There are two aspects of this skills formation of groups and teams. Group us when people
with common interest have a interaction on other hand work team is a group of people that
posses complementary skills for achievement of a common mission. I have developed skills to
make and form a group with the help of various norms of group behavior that I have able to
successfully learn during the course of my class lectures. I also leant that thee laws exist two
types of groups such as formal groups and informal groups and both are part of every
organization that contribute to completion of the assigned tasks.

Presentation Skills
In the class in got an opportunity to acquire some of the presentation skills. It is a skill that
plays a very important part in the life of a individual as it actually provides a skills to connect
with people and gain a effective leadership position. It was going to help me in future by
motivating other, gaining of a leadership position and becoming more influential. I was also able
to learn that what some disadvantages of having bad presentation skills are. I was successfully
bale to acquire the skill related to different stages that are required to provide a effective and
good presentation and it consist of basic six steps treating with understanding of our audiences
and ending with the process of delivery and evaluation.
