INTRODUCTION
Group presentation is effective way to learn and develop different kind of skills where
are individual can easily identify the skills and abilities to perform within the future career
and improve them for attaining the goals and objectives in its future (Brockett and Hiemstra,
2018). By using a proper action plan individual can achieve a plant with its career where it
can develop different kind of skills and abilities which are important for managing the
success. It also helps in being professional as well as maintaining a success path.
MAIN BODY
Reflect on my performance in the group presentation and in the module
Current business environment is full of competition where it is mandatory for a
student to develop various skills and abilities so that it can perform the job in an effective
manner and its future career as well as attend the opportunity for future development. It can
also see that by regularly observing the skills and knowledge of different individuals while
pursuing graduation course as well as regularly attaining the personality development session
will help the individuals in increasing the skills and ability. Regular training and development
will help individual in development of loose skills. It will targeted communication skills, time
management skills as well as other skills within the individual which help in identification of
future opportunities (Setó-Pamie and Papaoikonomou, 2016).
When I was performing my graduation cause I also develop different kind of skills as
well as identified that it is important to develop these skills for my future job. This helped me
a lot and learning different kind of skills related to my future task. When I was performing
the graduation course I am being part of volunteering team where I develop leadership skills,
team management skills, commanding skills, communication skills and various other skills.
This is because at the time when I am performing as a volunteer with environment
volunteering team I become the leader of the team which help me in leading the different
individuals in an appropriate direction related to the goals and objectives of the team. I
Develop communication skills for performing within the team where I have to communicate
with different individuals to maintain discipline as well as recruiting different individuals
within the team. I also learnt how to command the different individuals within the team this is
because I am the higher authority within the team and also manage different individuals in an
appropriate manner which helped me in giving commands and getting work done.
There are various interesting jobs while performing the course this is because it helps
me in communicating with different individual as well as maintaining relationship so that I
can understand different individuals. This also help me in identification of my abilities which
is interesting part for me because before joining graduation course I am unable to identify my
skills and abilities as well as my key interest. It helped me in representing myself in front of
different individuals where I can choose on topic. Identify that my communication skills are
continuously improving while performing this group presentation as well as I also learn how
to talk with other individuals within the team and lead the people in a particular direction but
